高职学前专业教师职业实践能力的现状分析

摘　　要：高职院校学前教育专业教师职业实践能力对于教师自身专业化发展、对于人才培养质量,对于学校长远发展都起着重要作用。在对高职院校学前教育专业教师职业实践能力概念界定的基础上,提出了目前高职院校学前教育专业教师职业实践能力方面存在的问题,并分析了其产生的原因。The teachers＇ professional practice ability of pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the teacher professional development, the quality of talent training and the long-term development of the school. On the basis of defining the professional practice ability of pre-school education teachers in higher vocational colleges,it proposes problems in the teachers＇ professional practice ability of pre-school education major, and analyses the reasons.
