应用技术大学时代地方师范院校内涵式发展的策略研究

摘　　要：应用技术大学时代的到来,既是地方师范院校改革和发展面临的挑战也是机遇。通过对当前地方师范院校改革与发展的三种可能倾向进行反思,提出地方师范院校要实现内涵式发展必须坚持长远规划、平衡发展的策略;坚持区域化、特色化的发展策略;坚持稳重求进、创新服务的发展策略。Under the era of application technical university, the local normal universities face both the challenges and opportunities. The paper reflects on the three possible tendency of current reform and development of local normal universities, thus proposes strategies as long-term planning and balancing, regionalization and characterization; maintaining stability and service innovation on connotative development of local normal universities.
