摘　　要：年级组是学校管理的基层单位,班主任是班级直接领导者,因此,调动班主任的积极性能推进年级的有效管理。以班主任工作案例指引年级的管理工作,需要依据学生的发展特点,精心选取有代表性案例,并深入科学地解读案例所蕴含的教育教学规律,形成教育的合力,让年级的管理更科学,充分彰显年级组的整体教育功能。Grade is the basic unit of school management, and head teachers are directly in charge of classes.Therefore, arousing the enthusiasm of head teachers can promote the grade management effectively. Working case management theory should base on the characteristics of the development of students, carefully select typical cases, and scientific interpret the teaching principles in the cases. And teachers should combine the power of teaching and education to let the grade management become more scientific, and fully demonstrate the grade group function of the whole education.
