摘  要:目的观察3D打印技术在骨科临床教学实施中的效果,探讨其应用的可行性及有效性。方法根据患者影像学资料,运用3D打印技术,数字化真实再现患者的骨折或畸形,为骨科临床教学提供直观的教学模型。结果 3D打印技术制作的骨骼三维立体模型有助于研究生短时间内理解并掌握骨科疾病的影像学及分型特点,并对手术方案及手术技巧有基本理解,达到精准手术要求。结论 3D打印技术在骨科临床教学中方便快捷,教学效果良好,具有良好的应用前景,对临床骨科研究生教学是一种有效教学方式,值得骨科教师使用并推广。Objective To observe the effects of applying 3D printing technology to orthopedic clinical teaching so as to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the technology.Methods We applied 3D printing technology which can truly represent patients'fracture or deformity based on their imaging data to provide visualized teaching models for orthopedic clinical teaching.Results Skeletal 3D models made with 3D printing technology could help the graduate students understand and master the imaging and classification characteristics of orthopedic disorders in shorter time and gain basic understanding of surgical strategies and techniques so as to perform precise operations.Conclusion Making teaching models with 3D printing technology is convenient and fast and achieves good teaching results.Therefore, 3D printing has a promising application prospect,making it an effective teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching for medical graduates and thus worth using and popularizing among orthopedic teachers.
