摘 要:文章研究组织支持对员工感恩的影响,并探讨组织公平的调节作用。以303名福建省和广东省民营企业员工为研究对象,采用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0等统计软件对调查数据进行定量分析。研究结果表明,组织公平在组织支持影响员工感恩的关系中起调节作用;程序公平和分配公平均在组织支持影响员工感恩的关系中起到了调节作用。为了提升员工的感恩水平,建议企业要给予员工更多的工作支持、生活支持和情感支持,并做好程序公平、互动公平和分配公平。文章着重探讨员工感恩的引发机制,有助于丰富积极心理学和组织行为学的理论研究。This paper research influence of organization support on employee gratitude, and to explore the moderating effect of organizational justice. This study using SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical software carry out quantitative analysis in 303 private enterprise staff in Fujian province and Guangdong province as the research object. Results show that organizational justice moderated the relation between organizational support and employee gratitude. Distributive justice and procedural justice moderated the relation between organizational support and employee gratitude. In order to enhance the level of employee of gratitude, it is recommended that the enterprises shoud give employees more work support, life support and emotional support, and shoud try their best to maintain the procedural justice and interaction justice, and to achieve both efficiency and fairness in distribution. This paper focus on the trigger mechanism of employee gratitude and contributed to positive psychology and organizational behavior theory research.
