中高职衔接的酒店管理专业课程体系构建研究

摘　　要：中高职衔接教育是培养高素质技能型人才的重要途径。中高职衔接在专业的衔接主要要通过课程的衔接来实现。课题小组通过与其衔接的各中职院校专业教师组成教学团队进行长期、深入的研究探讨,经过三年的实践教学,构建了中高职酒店管理专业课程体系,具有较强的系统性、实操性和有效性。The connection between secondary and higher vocational education is an important way to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel. And the connection in specialty is realized through the course connection. Through long-term and in depth study by research team consisting of teachers from several middle and higher vocational schools and after 3 years of teaching practice, the curriculum system of hotel management specialty of middle and higher vocational schools was constructed, which was systematical, practical and effective.
