高校辅导员核心能力及培训探析  

Training Mode Based on the Core Ability's Source of College Instructors

摘　　要：文章分析了辅导员职业应具备的核心能力,即有学习能力、情感能力、管理能力,并探讨了提高辅导员职业核心能力的培训方式,以提升辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化。“The ordinary college instructors professional ability standard(Trial)” (Draft) will be the construction of professional ability in a prominent position. The paper refines the instructors' core abilities, such as learning ability, emotion ability and management ability, and analyzes the source of them. The training methods of improving the instructors' core abilities are discussed for enhancing the professional, specialized development.
