摘  要:为检测米酒中微量维生素(维生素A、维生素B1、维生素C、维生素K),建立了一种利用超高效合相色谱串接二极管阵列检测器的检测方法。样品经过正己烷萃取前处理后,以BEH C18色谱柱为分离柱,CO2和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经超高效合相色谱(UPC2)分离,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测。4种维生素线性范围在5~25μg/m L内,拟合所得线性相关系数均大于0.999。在3个加标水平下,得到样品平均回收率为97.1%~111.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均控制在5%以内。该方法简单快捷、准确可靠,可用于米酒中4种脂溶性维生素的同时检测。In order to detect trace vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin B 1, vitamin C and vitamin K) in rice wine, the method of a diode array detector by UPC2 had been developed. Wine samples were pretreated by hexane extraction, then gradient elution was operated with BEH C18 column as the separation column and CO2 and methanol as the mobile phase. After UPC2 separation, a diode array detector was applied for the detection. The linear range of four kinds of vitamins was in 5-25 μg / mL, and the fitting linear correlation coefficients were above 0.999. In the three spiked level, the average recoveries were 97.1%- 111.3 % and RSD was controlled within 5%. Such method was simple and fast with high ac- curacy and it could be used for simultaneous determination of four fat-soluble vitamins in rice wine.
