摘 要:国内外的研究资料表明,临床医学专业学位研究生的职业倦怠率高。专业学位研究生的工作时间长、学习压力和工作强度大,尤其是身处我国医患矛盾略显突出的形势下,个人成就感显著降低,更容易导致职业倦怠的发生。职业倦怠不仅影响他们的身心健康,而且直接影响教育和培训质量。学校和医院的教学部门应重视专业学位研究生的职业倦怠;并通过制定适当的学习目标,提高工作效率、减少工作时间,积极心理疏导和自我减压等多种措施,防范此类情况发生。The research data at home and abroad show that the overall burnout rate of clinical professional graduate students was high. They are vulnerable to burnout because of long duty hours, learning pressure, intense and overloading work and especially the significantly reduced personal accomplishment in the situation of the contradiction between doctors and patients in our country. Burnout not only resuits in psychological distress and physical symptoms, but also has negative effect on the quality of graduate medical education during residency training. Therefore, educators need to develop an active awareness of burnout and ought to perform interventions such as formulating the appropriate learning goals, improving the work efficiency, reducing work hours, positive psychological counseling and stress management training to prevent such occurrences.
