摘　　要：翻转课堂教学模式通过创设网络多媒体学习环境,变革传统思政课教学流程,优化教学活动各要素等方式,来增强高职思政课教学实效性,帮助实现高职育人的素质目标。实施翻转课堂教学模式教师应更精心组织课堂,充分发挥学习管理系统的作用,同时教学视频的选择与制作要符合高职学生的学习特点。Through the creation of network multimedia learning environment, reform of the traditional ideological and political education process and optimization of the various elements of teaching activities, flipped classroom teaching mode can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and realize the goal of quality education. The following three factors in the implementation of the mode should be noted： the first is to better organize the classroom; the second is to give full play to the role of learning management system; and finally to make the teaching videos with the characteristics of students.
