摘　　要：以培养学生的工程实践能力,打造应用型人才为目标,从电子信息类专业人才培养模式、教学方法以及创新训练等方面探讨了电子信息类专业工程应用型人才的培养经验。经过多年的实践证明,电子信息类专业在教学资源、基地平台、培养质量、师资队伍建设以及学生人才培养等方面取得了丰硕的成果。In order to cultivate students＇ engineering practice ability and create the applied talents as the goal,the paper studies the training experience of applied talents for electronic information specialty from talent training model,teaching methods and innovative training etc. After many years of practice has proved that the electronic information specialty achieves fruitful results in teaching resource,base,training teachers team construction quality,as well as the student talent training etc.
