摘  要:"校-企-校"协同的职教师资培养模式主要指的是职技高师、企业及中职学校联合培养"双师型"教师。基于"校-企-校"协同的职教师资培养模式包括动力机制、运行机制、保障机制及评价机制,应从政府发挥政策激励、高校提升服务能力、企业中职学校自身发展需要等方面构建动力机制;从决策层、管理层、执行层等层面设置组织机构、构建运行机制;从法律、经费、师资等方面构建保障机制;从教学质量、培养质量、协同效益等方面构建评价机制。The vocational teachers' training model based on three-party college-enterprise-school collabora- tion mainly refers to vo-tech colleges, enterprises and secondary vocational schools which jointly cultivate dual-quali- fied teachers. The vocational teachers' training model based on “college-enterprise-school” collaboration includes the mechanisms of dynamic, operation, security and evaluation. The dynamic mechanism should be built from governments which should give play to policy incentives, colleges which should enhance their service ability, enterprise-run sec- ondary vocational schools which reflect on their own need for development; the operation mechanism should be built by setting up organizations from the decision, management and executive levels; the security mechanism should be built from laws, finances and teachers; the evaluation mechanism should be constructed from teaching quality, training qual- ity and cooperation benefits.
