视听说课程翻转课堂校本教学的改革与实践——以北京石油化工学院为例

摘　　要：针对大学英语视听说课程课时量大、教学效益低下的突出问题,北京石油化工学院外语系对2014级卓越班学生和部分普通班学生实施了大学英语视听说课程翻转课堂校本教学改革的尝试,并教学实践中,对大学英语视听说课程教学的内容结构、教学流程结构、师生互动结构进行了优化与重构。改革虽然取得了一定的成效,但由于改革实践尚处于探索阶段,故文章对面临的一些信息技术、教师素养、学生素养和评价体系等方面的挑战进行了思考,并提出了下一步的实践思路。To deal with the prominent problems of large amount of class hour and low teaching efficiency of video-aural-oral course of college English, foreign languages department of BIPT（Beijing Institute of Petro-chemical Technology） conducted a school-based flipped classroom teaching reform on the freshmen. In teaching practice, the content structure, teaching process structure, and teacher-student interaction structure were optimized and reconstructed.The reform attained some goals,and it was still in the exploratory stage, the authors pondered over some problems and challenges such as theinformation technology, teacher＇s quality, students＇ quality, and evaluation system, etc. This paper also puts forward the idea for the subsequent practice of the reform.
