摘　　要：基于学生评价视角下,以某高职学院引进的台湾教师课堂教学满意度调查为例,将结构方程模型应用于高职院校引高层次人才的课堂教学评价,构成课堂教学满意度及其因果变量的结构方程模型,为高职院校引进适合的人才改进课堂教学效果提供参考。On students＇ evaluation perspective, this paper is to apply structure equation into classroom evaluation for introducedhigh-level teachers in higher vocational college, taking classroom satisfaction investigation of teachers from Taiwan in a certain highervocational college for example, to form classroom teaching satisfaction and structural equation model of causal variables so as tomake reference for proper talents introduced in higher vocational college to improve classroom teaching effect.
