摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,硕士研究生的就业及生存压力与日俱增。基于心理素质对个人发展的作用规律,分析了硕士研究生在自我定位、科研任务、就业压力及人际关系等方面存在的心理问题,进而提出了提升心理素质的有效措施:明确合理自我定位和发展目标,提高逻辑思维能力及独力思考能力,培养全方位和多角度看待问题的意识。With the rapid enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,postgraduates are facing increasing pressure of employment and living. Based on the effect of psychological quality on personal development,the paper analyzes the psychological quality problems of graduates in their self- positioning,research tasks,employment pressure,interpersonal relationship and so on. Some effective countermeasures are put forward further to enhance their psychological quality： clear self- positioning and development goals reasonably,improve their ability of logical thinking and independent thinking,and cultivate their all- round and multi- angle view.
