摘  要:经营环境高度的动态性、复杂性与不确定性给人力资源部门带来了巨大挑战。从目的、要素、流程角度分析了人力资源管理与供应链管理的相似性,指出人力资源部传统的角色应借鉴供应链管理的思想进行调整,并基于供应链视角对人力资源部门采购、生产、销售意义下的新的职能定位进行了重点阐述。It is a great challenge to human resources department because of the features of high dynamics, complexi- ty and uncertainty of business environment. The similarity between human resources management and supply chain management is elaborated from three aspects as objective, elements, and process in this paper. It urges the human resources department to make adjustment of its traditional roles functions using for ideas on supply chain manage- ment. And then, the new functions such as purchasing, manufacturing and selling of human resources department are studied with supply chain perspective.
