摘  要:小先生制是陶行知为实现抗日启蒙而设计的应急之策。山海小先生制的抗日启蒙操作主要以识字教育、时事教育和仪式教育为中心。在其影响下,小先生在国危城亡的切肤之痛中被迅速地培养出坚定的民族信念以抵抗日本侵略者的文化殖民。随着抗战局势的日益严峻,小先生制不仅没有被迫中断,反而在陶行知的调适下提升抗日主旨。作为非常时期的产物,小先生制的意义就在于它对中国儿童抗日运动的启蒙贡献。It is a plan to meet emergencies of anti-japanese enlightenment about Tao Xingzhi' s"little teacher".There are three central methods to put the plan into action and they are literal education,current education and rite education.The little teachers were brought up into outstanding inheritor and passer of chinese culture soonly follow this way.What' s more they were gotten a firm stand of national belief to resist the cultural colonization of japanese invader.The plan of"little teacher" was not broken off but still continued by the support of Tao xingzhi on the contrary.As an outcome of harsh times the meaning of the plan is its contribution to the enlightment to children's movement of anti-japanese in china.It is a certain but not a accidental product of the theory of nationality transform and its ideology of new man when facing national conflict during anti-japanese times.
