摘　　要：瑞典研究生教育因其广泛的国际合作及稳定的高质量培养效果,深受业界关注。瑞典高校的研究生教育培养模式、博洛尼亚合作体系、生源的选拔等方面都具有特色。本文详细论述了瑞典高校的研究生培养模式及研究生招生策略,期望我国的研究生教育可借鉴并助力事业的发展。Postgraduate education in Sweden is deeply concerned because of its extensive international cooperation and stable training effects with high quality. Swedish colleges and universities are characteristics in training mode of postgraduate education,Bologna cooperation system and enrolling new students. Based on the research and information from visiting Sweden University,the paper discusses the training mode and admission strategy for postgraduate education in Swedish colleges and universities so that that in our country has an example to study and to achieve the developments.
