摘  要:目的以骨髓细胞学检查为教学内容,研究病案教学法在实验诊断教学中的使用效果。方法 50名在教研室实习轮转的临床系学生分成2组,分别采用传统授课方法和病案教学法进行教学,结束后比较2组书面理论、操作技能和显微镜检查的成绩;发放书面问卷,统计学生对病案教学法的接受程度。结果接受病案教学法的学生中有23人接受并喜欢这种模式,全组成绩(84.7±6.1,83.8±9.7,87.2±5.5)均高于传统授课组(74.1±7.5,76.2±8.1,75.8±10.6),P<0.05,或P<0.01。结论病案教学法能够提高医学生的学习成绩和学习兴趣。Objective To explore the effectiveness of Medical record Based Study (MrBS) in teaching of laboratory diagnostics with the teaching content of bone marrow cytology examination. Methods The study included 50 students who were randomized into two groups. The control group was taught with the traditional teaching method while the experimental group was taught with MrBS. To compare the test performance included theory, operation skills and microscopic examination of the two groups, and conduct questionnaire survey to see the acceptance degree to the medical records teaching method of students. Results The test performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (84. 7 ±6. lvs74. 1 ± 7.5, 83.8 ±9.7vs76. 2± 8. 1, 87.2 ± 5.5 vs75.8 ± 10. 6) P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01. Conclusions Medical record based study teaching method could improve both the theoretical performance and interests of the medical students.
