摘　　要：招生工作是衡量天津开放大学建设发展的重要指标,尤其是面对开放教育生源竞争日益激烈的市场环境和社会生源逐渐下滑的现实趋势。本文结合天津开放大学招生工作的实际情况,从办学渠道、管理机制、招生宣传、支持服务等方面提出相应措施,以期为天津开放大学招生改革实践提供参考。Recruitment of students is an important index for the construction and development of Tianjin Open University, especially in the face of increasingly competitive market environment and the social reality that the total students gradually declining trend. Based on the actual situation of Tianjin Open University recruitment of students work, the paper provides reference measures from the channels, management mechanism, the recruitment of students propaganda, support services and other aspects.
