摘 要:近年来,泛在学习的相关研究成果层出不穷,但大多是从技术应用或学习理论的角度进行探讨,甚少从其信息传播本身进行考察。通过文献分析、模式化研究和德尔菲调查法对泛在学习活动传播过程模式进行建构,并采用ISM模型方法进一步构建泛在学习活动的知识流模型,结果表明:(1)传播要素及模式:泛在学习信息传播包括信息传播者、教学信息、教学媒介、受众等四个基本要素,要素间相互影响、相互制约,并存在复杂的互动结构关系;(2)知识流影响因素:知识吸收能力(系统最底层)、知识共享风险、信任和承诺的能力、知识共享的态度、知识资源投入、学习者的学习期望(系统最顶层)是影响泛在学习系统中知识流动的六个要素;(3)知识流模型:泛在学习系统在信息传播的基础上产生知识的流动,其知识流模型可分为上、中、下三层知识流,在外部环境和学习者内部心理因素的作用下,知识产生共享、应用和创新。In recent years, related research of ubiquitous learning has increased greatly. The perspectives of the research are mostly technological practices and learning theories, but seldom is information spreading which is ubiquitous learning itself. Through applying literature analysis method, modeling study, and Delphi experts investigation method, the paper analyzed the mode of ubiquitous learning's information spreading mode. Then through using interpret structure model method, we constructed the spreading mode of knowledge flow. The study showed that:(1) Spreading elements and patterns: the information spreading of ubiquitous learn-ing includes message sender, teaching information, teaching media and information receiver. They influence and restrain each other,and there exists a complex interactive structural relationship between them.(2) Knowledge flow influence factors: The six factors such as knowledge absorptive capacity(the system bottom), the risk of knowledge sharing, the ability of trust and commitment, the knowledge sharing attitude, knowledge resources' input, and the hope of learner(the system top) impact the knowledge flow in ubiquitous learning system.(3) Knowledge flow model: the flow of knowledge in ubiquitous learning system depends on the flow of information,and the knowledge flow model can be divided into three layers of knowledge flow(up/middle/down). Finally, under the action of external environment and learners' internal psychological factors, knowledge sharing, application and innovation happened.
