高职院校与中小企业校企合作问题的思考

摘　　要：通过对我国高职院校与中小企业校企合作的现状及制约因素进行分析,借鉴德国职业教育与中小企业成功合作的经验和启示,对如何加强我国高职院校与中小企业的合作提出两点建议,一是加强对中小企业与高职院校合作的政策引导和制度设计;二是建立由高职院校、行业协会以及中小企业协会或其他中介机构等组成的网络组织联盟结构,促进校企合作有效运行。It has a realistic significance for higher vocational colleges to cooperate with small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on successful experience and enlightenment of cooperation between German vocational education with small and medium-sized enterprises, the article analyzes the present situation and restricting factors of the cooperation in our country and then puts forward two suggestions on how to strengthen the cooperation：（1） to strengthen the policy guidance and system design for their cooperation（2） to set up network organization alliances composed of higher vocational colleges, industry association, and association of small and medium-sized enterprise or other agencies, so as to accelerate the effective operation of the cooperation.
