摘 要:为解决食品生产种类多、差异大等原因造成难于分拣的问题,以并联机器人和视觉技术为基础,设计分拣系统的运行方案。而目前对于复杂型包装及体积小的食品,国内外对其设计的分拣系统技术并不成熟。根据高速机器人视觉系统的功能需求,构建了更精准的不同食品定位和分级的硬件系统,并完成控制系统的软件程序设计。通过对整个系统的研究发现其能够达到设计的要求,可有效地提高复杂包装及小体积食品的分拣效率,降低人工劳动的强度。In order to solve the sorting technology problem in food production caused by more kinds of food and the big differences,and based on the parallel robot and visual technology,operation scheme of the sorting system was designed.At the present,the sorting system of domestic and foreign technology of the design is not mature in the area of complex packaging and small volume of food.According to the functional requirements of high-speed robot vision system,the hardware system of different food location and classification is more accurate,and complete the software design of control system.Through the research on the system that it can meet the design requirements,and improve the sorting and packaging efficiency of small food effectively,as well as reducing labor intensity.
