摘　　要：罗杰斯人本主义教育理论主张培养自我实现的人、开展有意义学习、教学以学习者为中心和注重自我评价。本文基于罗杰斯人本主义教育理论分析成人学习的特点,提出有效促进成人学习的策略,即提高成人学习者的自主学习能力,注重新旧经验结合,开展非指导性教学,进行自我评价。The Rogers humanism education theory advocated following points,culturing the people of self realization,engaging in meaningful learning,teaching to learners as the center and focusing on self evaluation.Under the perspective of Rogers humanism education theory based on the analysis of the adult learning characteristics,to discuss how to effectively namely to improve adult learners autonomous learning ability,learning should build on existing experience based,emphasize the dominant position of adult learners,and carry out reform and innovation evaluation methods.
