摘　　要：非正式学习具有自主性、灵活性、情境性和协作性等特点,是成人学习的有效方式之一。目前成人高校面临着非正式学习文化氛围淡薄、非正式学习资源整合欠佳、学员学习意识缺失、学员缺少科学的学习策略、学员缺乏有效指导等方面的困境。基于此,通过营造非正式学习文化氛围、丰富非正式学习资源、培养非正式学习意识、掌握非正式学习策略和加强有效指导等,促进成人高校学员的非正式学习。Informal learning has the characteristics of autonomy,flexibility,situationality and collaborative,it is one of the effective ways of adult learning.At present,adult higher education faces five aspects of difficulties：informal learning culture atmosphere is not strong,poor informal learning resources integration,adult college students lack of consciousness of learning,adult college students lack scientific learning strategies,and adult college students lack of effective guidance.Based on this we should promote adult college students＇ informal learning from following five aspects：creat the informal learning culture atmosphere,rich informal learning resources,cultivate adult college students＇ informal learning awareness,improve adult college students＇ informal learning strategies and strengthen the effective guidance of adult college students.
