摘　　要：实训资源是高职院校开展实训教学的重要物质基础,其高效运营有助于学生实践能力和职业技能的提高。本文主要对当前高职院校典型的实训资源运营模式进行分析,了解各种运营模式的特点及存在的问题,以期通过对症下药,弥补不足;虚实结合,创新模式;建章立制,规范运营等策略,促进高职院校实训资源的有效运营。Training resource is the important material basis of the practical training teaching in higher vocational colleges.It is helpful to improve students＇ practical ability and vocational skills in higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly analysis typical training resources operation mode in the current higher vocational colleges,understand the characteristics and the problems of varieties of operation mode in order to take corresponding measures,make up disadvantages,combine with the actual situation and innovate mode,build system and standard operation.It is beneficial to promote the effective operation of the training resources in higher vocational colleges.
