摘　　要：针对高素质的中医药翻译人才存在严重短缺的问题,以中医药院校翻译硕士培养模式建设为切入点,结合国内中医药院校翻译教学的现状,探索构建科学的中医药翻译人才培养体系。该模式以培养综合的中医药汉英翻译能力为目标,以分层次、多样化的教学方法为培养路径,提出课程设置要合理、师资力量要加强、实践教学平台要完善等培养思路,对中医药院校的专业英语教学及多层次中医药翻译人才的培养有一定的推动作用。In order to solve the problem of the shortage of TCM translation talents,based on the present situation of TCM translation teaching,this article probed into the establishment of a scientific TCM-oriented MTI education system and contributed to the TCM English teaching and the education of TCM translation talents. The mode was targeted in the cultivation of TCM translation abilities,carried out by multi-level teaching methods,with thoughts of setting up proper curriculum,strengthening the teaching faculty and supplementing the practical teaching platform.
