摘  要:杏鲍菇生产厂的部分菌丝生产包出现黑斑,从中分离纯化得到病害菌(130305S),结合显微结构和生理生化试验结果,以及对其16S rDNA序列的分析确定病害菌的系统发育地位;通过人工回染试验确定分离得到的病害菌与黑斑出现的相关性。结果表明:菌株130305S鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus megaterium);人工回染试验证实菌株130305S可导致生产包出现黑斑,菌丝不生长的污染症状。This study aimed to analysis the disease bacteria which caused blackspot in Pleurotus eryngii package. The strain named 130305 S was isolated from the polluted mushroom fungus package from Pleurotus eryngii factory. According to its microstructure, physiological, biochemical properties and 16 S rDNA sequences, the phylogenetic position of the strain was defined. The artificial infection experiment which affirmed the correlation between strain 130305 S and blacksport was also done. The results showed that 130305 S was identified as Bacillus megateriu. The phenomenon of blackspot appearance, that mycelium was no growth in package was caused by strain 130305 S.
