摘 要:收放架用于收、放及拖曳声纳,是保障声纳等重要设备进行正常探测能力的重要装置,其抗冲击性能目前研究得较少。为研究拖拽式声纳收放架的抗冲击能力,采用时域模拟法分别对不同工作状态下收放架进行冲击校核,分析结果表明:收放架能够满足不同工作状态下抗冲击要求,但是在收回声纳过程中,收放架受到垂向冲击时底座定位孔处局部应力峰值已接近材料的许用应力,需进行强化处理。同时研究推进系统及头架系统的齿轮箱、电机机构加速度响应规律,结果表明:悬挂式安装的设备在冲击过后会出现振荡现象,造成加速度响应峰值甚至会超过冲击过程中响应峰值。The retractable equipment used for winding and towing sonars is an important equipment to guarantee the normal working condition of the sonar and the other important equipment. In this paper, the shock resistance ability of the retractable equipment was simulated in time-domain under different working conditions. The results show that the retractable frame can meet the anti-shock requirement under different working condition, but in the sonar recovery process, the peak value of the stress near the located hole on the base is close to the allowable stress, thus, the hole needs to be reinforced. Then, the acceleration responses of the propulsion system and the headstock system were studied. The results show that the suspended equipment can yield a secondary oscillation phenomenon, which can cause the peak response acceleration to exceed that during the shock.
