摘 要:动力总成悬置系统是汽车振动子系统之一,其性能对于整车NVH性能具有很大影响。以某国产SUV悬置系统作为研究对象,基于能量解耦法思想采用Isight集成Adams对悬置系统初始刚度进行匹配优化,优化后悬置系统垂向与绕曲轴转动方向解耦率由原来52.2%、45.9%提高到90.3%、85.4%,其他四个方向解耦率也均达到了85%以上,并对装有OTS样件的整车进行隔振率测试,实车试验结果表明经过优化后悬置系统隔振率基本能达到要求,并检测出系统与其他部件存在共振现象,为该车型后续研究提供指导。The powertrain mount system is one of the automobile vibration subsystems, which influence the vehicle’s NVH performance greatly. In this paper, a domestic SUV mount system was studied based on the idea of energy decoupling method. The Isight integrated Adams was applied to optimize the initial stiffness of the mount system. After the optimization, the vertical decoupling rate and the around-crank decoupling rate were raised from 52.2%to 90.3%and from 45.9%to 84.5%respectively. Meanwhile, the decoupling rates in the other four directions were all larger than 85%. Then, testing for vibration isolation rate measurement for the automobile’s mounted OTS sample was conducted. The results show that the vibration isolation rate can essentially meet the requirement. The resonant phenomena of the system and the other components were detected. This work has provided an important guidance for research and development of vehicles.
