摘  要:目的初步探讨PBL教学法在大学生等一般人群艾滋病健康教育中的应用效果。方法将两所驻青高校报名参加艾滋病宣教活动的200名学生随机分为PBL 1组和常规宣教1组(对照1组),每组各100名学生;两所驻青企业参与宣教活动的80名员工随机分为PBL 2组和常规宣教2组(对照2组),每组各40名员工,分别采用PBL教学法和传统教学法教学后进行考核。结果 PBL组和对照组分别回收131、134份试卷。PBL 1组平均成绩高于对照1组,差异有显著性(t=10 122.00,P<0.05);PBL 2组平均成绩高于对照2组,差异有显著性(t=2 032.50,P<0.05);PBL 1组+PBL 2组平均成绩高于对照1组+对照2组,差异有显著性(t=21 164.00,P<0.05);PBL 1组平均成绩与PBL 2组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学法对大学生等一般人群了解艾滋病基本知识、预防HIV传播、消除艾滋病歧视等健康教育内容较常规宣教更为有效,该教学法适合广泛推广,有利于推动全民防治艾滋病。Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method on AIDS-related health education in college students and general population. Methods Two hundred students, from two universities in Qingdao, who participated in the promotional activities of AIDS, were evenly randomized to PBL-1 group and conventional education 1 group (control-1 group), and 80 employees from two enterprises who joined this activities were equally randomized to PBL-2 and conven- tional education 2 group (control-2 group). The selected groups were assessed using PBL and conventional teaching. Results The number of test papers taken back was 131 from PBL group and 134 from the control group. The average score in PBL-1 group was higher than that in the control-1 group (t = 10 122.00, P〈0.05), and that in PBL 2 group was also higher than that in control- 2 group (t =2 032.50,P〈0.05). The average score in PBL 1 and PBL-2 groups was higher than that in the control-1 and control- 2 groups (t = 21 164.00,P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the average score between PBbl group and PBL-2 group (P〉O.05). Conclusion Problem based learning is more effective than conventional promotional activities for college students and general population in understanding of basic knowledge of AIDS, of prevention of HIV transmission, of eliminating its discrim- ination, which is conducive to promoting the national AIDS prevention and treatment.
