摘　　要：教材是教学中"教师教""学生学"的基本依据,高职教材同样是高职教育教学之本,只有校企合作才能开发出体现职业能力和职业素养的高职教材。对于职业教育来说,学校和企业是两个至关重要的教学场所,通过校企深度合作,以服务企业需求为宗旨,以职业综合能力培养为目标,开发"教、学、做一体化"的高职教材,是高职教材发展的必由之路。Teaching materials are the bases of teaching and learning, so it is with higher vocational colleges. Schoolenterprise cooperation can develop higher vocational teaching materials and help them reflect professional ability and quality. For vocational education, school and enterprise are two crucial teaching places. With the purposes of enterprise serving and comprehensive ability training, developing the 'integration of teaching, learning and doing' teaching materials through school-enterprise cooperation will be the way for the development of higher vocational teaching materials.
