摘　　要：通过分析我国高职院校校园文化建设中所面临的问题,提出将地方文化、企业文化与校园文化相融合的模式,尝试利用优秀地方文化树立起学生们的主流文化意识,利用优秀的企业文化塑造出学生们的职业意识,充分发挥校园文化的作用和意义,提升高等职业教育的育人水平。By analyzing problems faced by in schools＇ culture construction in high vocational college, this paper proposes a model of integrating local culture, corporate culture and campus culture, attempting to establish students＇ mainstream cultural awareness by the excellent local culture, constructing the professional awareness by excellent corporate culture, giving full play of the role and significance of the campus culture, so as to enhance the level of education in higher vocational education.
