摘  要:为探讨以时间管理倾向理论为基础的班级团体辅导对中职生心理健康的影响,以江西省某中职院校的两个班作为研究对象,对其中的实验班学生进行班级团体辅导,对对照班不作任何处理,采用中学生心理健康量表对实验班和对照班进行效果评估。结果表明:团体辅导后,实验班除焦虑项以外,心理健康总均分及其他维度均分都比辅导前有显著降低,而对照班的心理健康总均分和各维度均分都没有显著差异。时间管理班级团体辅导对于提高中职生心理健康水平有明显的效果,是实施心理健康教育的重要途径。To explore the effect of class group counseling on mental health of secondary vocational students based on the theory of time management disposition,two classes from a secondary vocational school in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects.The students in the experimental were received class group counseling,and those in the control class did not.The effect was evaluated by using Mental Health Inventory of Middle-School Students(MMHI-60).The results showed that the total average of mental health and the average of other dimensions were significantly lower than those before counseling in the experimental class except anxiety after group counseling,and there weren't any significant differences in the control class.Class group counseling based on the theory of time management disposition has obvious effect on improving the mental health level of the secondary vocational school students,so it is an important way to implement mental health education.
