摘　　要：本文结合"战场光电技术"课程教法改革,论述了在问题教学法中突出个性化教学的重要性,并就课程实施过程中如何进行问题的科学凝练、个性化的施教和考核方式的改革进行了探索研究。In this paper,combined with the teaching reform in the course of The Battlefield Photoelectric Technology,the Importance of the personalized teaching is discussed for problem traction method. how to select suitable problems,how to carry out individualized teaching and how to reform the assessment are also explorated and researched
