摘 要:教学以教学目标为归宿,教学目标导向的本科教学质量评估指标体系更值得研究。学生人格塑造同学生知识掌握和学生能力培养一样,均应成为高校本科教学追求的目标;在三项教学目标指标设置中,设置了教师教学学术水平和学生健康保持能力二级指标;最终,基于目标导向,构建了包括9个一级指标、26个二级指标的本科教学质量评估指标体系。Indicator system of undergraduate teaching quality evaluation based on objectives is more worthwhile to be studied because teaching objectives guide to teaching. As well as knowledge understanding and capability training of students, students personality molding should be regarded as one of undergraduate teaching objectives. Academic quality of teachers and health protection quality of students are designed in the indicator system of undergraduate teaching quality evaluation as the secondary indicators, and finally the indicator system of undergraduate teaching quality evaluation consists of 9 first level indicators and 26 secondary indicators in perspective of objective.
