“大众创业、万众创新”背景下的高职人才培养定位

摘　　要：在当前"大众创业、万众创新"国家战略的背景下,高职院校要努力提高人才培养质量,使毕业生具有较高的创新创业素质。高职创新人才培养应定位在工作创新型、高技能型、创业型三种类型,高职院校的这三个定位分别顺应了推进素质教育、提高专业教育质量及服务于国家发展战略的诉求。Under the background of current popular entrepreneurship and innovation strategy, the higher vocational colleges should strive to improve the quality of personnel training, so that the graduates have a higher quality of innovation and entrepreneurship. The higher vocational talents training should be positioned in work innovation type, the high skill type and entrepreneurial type, which conforms to promote quality education, improve the professional education quality and service national development strategy demands.
