摘  要:教师流动制是促进义务教育均衡发展的重要手段。目前的教师流动政策缺乏对"人"的关怀,过分彰显教师的群体性,消解其类特性和个体性。教师流动制需要在人学视野下构建,以满足教师的个体需要,促进教师群体专业化成长,实现教师类主体的超越。The teacher mobile system in China is an important means to promote the balanced development of compulsory education. However, human attributes are ignored in present teacher mobile policies, focusing excessively on teachers' collectivism, but erasing class features and individuality. The mobile system of teachers should be laid down in the perspective of human philosophy, meeting teachers' individual needs, promoting the growth of their professionalization and fulfilling transcendence of teachers as subjects.
