摘　　要：2014年8月,全美教育协会、全美专业教学标准委员会和教学质量中心共同构建了教师领导力培养模型,提出教学领导力、政策领导力和协作领导力协同发展的构想,旨在解决美国教师领导力培养面临的困境,该模型具有内容的全面性、对象的广泛性、形式的继承性与发展性的特征。The National Education Association cooperated with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and the Center for Teaching Quality in constructing a model of teacher leadership in August 2014, which puts forward the idea of joint development of Instructional Leadership, Policy Leadership and Association Leadership, aiming to deal with the plight in cultivating American teacher leadership. And the model is characterized by comprehensive content, diverse objects, and successive and developmental forms.
