摘 要:目的:了解南疆地区学生满意度水平及其影响因素。方法:采用分层抽样方法对喀什师范学院913名学生进行满意度问卷调查。结果:本科生对教学质量总体呈较为满意状态(3.40±0.53)。不同系别的学生满意度存在显著性差异(F=8.838,P<0.001),其中外语系最高(3.69±0.38),人文系最低(3.15±0.52)。在专业与课程设置、教学设施和教学效果方面,自然科学类得分显著高于人文社科类。考生类型与学生满意度差异显著(F=9.717,P<0.001),双语班学生得分最高(3.53±0.50),汉语言学生得分最低(3.31±0.53)。性别对总体满意度影响不显著,但在课程与专业设置、教学设施和教学管理3个方面,女生得分显著高于男生。结论:南疆地区学生满意度整体水平较高,不同系别、考生类型在总体满意度得分上存在差异,不同学科大类和性别在满意度各维度中表现显著差异。Objective:To evaluate the student satisfaction and its influencing factors in Southern Xinjiang,so as to improve the education quality by rational advice.Methods:By stratified random sampling,913 students from Kashi Teachers' Colleges in different grades finished the Satisfaction Scale.Results:The results showed that,on the whole,undergraduate students were satisfied with the quality of teaching(3.40±0.53).There was significant difference on the student satisfaction among different departments(F=8.838,P〈0.001),department of foreign languages had the highest score(3.69±0.38),department of humanity's was the lowest(3.15±0.52).In the major and curriculum provision,teaching facilities and teaching effects,the student of natural science scored significantly higher than that of social sciences.There were significant differences on the student satisfaction among different the source of students(F=9.717,P〈0.001).Bilingual students scored the highest(3.53±0.50),students who treated Chinese as their mother tongue scored the lowest(3.31±0.53).Though gender impact on overall satisfaction was not significant,girls scored significantly higher than boys among major and curriculum provision,teaching facilities and teaching management.Conclusion:In southern Xinjiang,most of students are satisfied with the learning.Different departments and source of examinees present significant difference in total student satisfaction.Different gender and subject show significant difference in different dimension.
