应用生物质成型燃料加工遂昌香茶

摘　　要：选取金属灶式80型滚筒杀青机为试验机型,在杀青机炉膛内安装生物质燃烧器炉芯,在炉膛外安装自动投料器,利用生物质成型燃料代替薪柴加工遂昌香茶。结果表明,使用生物质成型燃料后,该杀青机预热时间比柴灶缩短,加工工效比柴灶有所提高,制茶工劳动强度明显降低,制茶质量比柴灶有所改善。Model-80 green tea fixation drum fixed with a metal type firewood oven was used in the test,in which the firewood oven was replaced by a biomass burner furnace. An automatic feeder was fixed outside the biomass burner furnace. During Suichang Xiangcha tea processing,shaped biomass fuel was burnt instead of traditional firewood. The results showed that the preheating time of the machine was shorter than the firewood furnace. Meanwhile,processing efficiency,labor intensity and tea quality were improved,compared to traditional firewood furnace.
