摘　　要：高校实验室管理工作涉及面宽,跨度大。不同时期,各高校根据其工作特点,设置不同的实验室管理机构。分析了高校实验室管理机构的设置,并以广西大学实验设备处为例,明确了实验室及设备管理部门的职能,认为科学合理的机构设置,是保证实验室工作有序、高效的关键,要充分发挥机构设置的优势,加强实验室工作。Universities laboratory management work is a wide range work ,involves many aspects .According to the emphasis of laboratory management work in different period ,laboratory management organ in each university is normally setting differently and named differently . After analyzing setting of universities laboratory management organ , and taking Laboratory ＆amp; Equipment Management department of Guangxi University as an example , it defines the function of laboratory and equipment management organ , and considers that scientific reasonable setting‐up of management organ is crucial to ensure laboratory management work is orderly and efficient . It needs to exploit the advantages of setting‐up of universities laboratory management organ to enhance laboratory work .
