摘  要:高职本科作为一种全新的人才培养类型和层次,不是简单的"3+1",也不是应用本科的"转型",而是"全职业化"过程的本科层次的培养模式,南京工业职业技术学院高职本科机械电子工程专业的实践经验表明,在确定人才培养目标和规格的基础上,建立基于工作任务导向的课程体系和教学内容,与企业共同打造实训基地以突显工学结合的高职本科教育特色。As a kind of new type and level of talent cultivating, higher vocational education at undergraduate level, is a talent cultivating mode at undergraduate level of "full-professionalization" process, instead of the simple "3+1" mode or the "transformation" of applied undergraduate colleges. Seen from the practical experience of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering Specialty of Nanjing Vocational and Technical College of Industry, it is necessary to firstly determine the goals and specifications of talents cultivating, establish the task-oriented course system and teaching contents, cooperate with enterprises to build practice base in order to highlight the workingintegrated learning characteristic of higher vocational education at undergraduate level.
