摘 要:发展性评价理念的根本在于激发学习者内在发展动力,促进个体发展。将发展性评价理念引入师范生教育实习评价工作对保证教育实习目标实现具有积极的促进作用。通过发展性评价内涵的分析,反思发展性教育实习评价中的弊病,指出构建发展性教育评价体系,目标要体现时代性、主体多元化、方式要多样性、评价内容发展性、评价结果及时性及评价指标科学系统性。Development- oriented assessment aims at stimulating individual development by means of inspiring learners' internal drive. The introduction of such an idea to the assessment of student- teaching practice will positively help with the achievement of the goals of the practice. The paper first made an analysis over the connotation of such an assessment and reflected on the defects in practice. On this basis,the paper pointed out that a development- oriented educational assessment system should feature a goal conforming to the times,multiple subjects,diversified methods,developmental assessment points,timely assessment results and scientific systematic assessment targets,etc.
