摘 要:对采集的广西巴马地区长寿家族粪便样品进行菌株分离,通过平板计数,比浊法和平板扩散法对分离的乳酸菌菌群数量、耐受力和抑菌能力分析。结果表明:不同分离培养基之间的菌落总数有差异,并且杆菌选择性培养基菌落数(108 cfu/g^109 cfu/g)要多于球菌选择性培养基菌落数(107 cfu/g^108 cfu/g);不同性别之间分离的女性肠道乳酸菌总数(8.98±0.42)(lg cfu/g)略高于男性(8.87±0.46)(lg cfu/g),不同年龄组中青少年组的肠道乳酸菌数量最多;分离的乳酸菌耐受能力比较发现中年组(0.408 5±0.082 7)(lg cfu/g)与老年组(0.372 6±0.083 2)(lg cfu/g)的耐受胃液能力相当,且显著大于青少年组(0.339 5±0.072 5)(lg cfu/g)和长寿组(0.282 6±0.038 5)(lg cfu/g);不同年龄组的耐胆盐能力和耐受肠液能力相当;分离的乳酸菌抑菌能力比较发现分离的不同年龄组的乳酸菌抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌能力都是青少年组最强,同一年龄组的乳酸菌抑制大肠杆菌能力较强;分离的男性肠道内的乳酸菌抑制大肠杆菌能力要低于女性,但抑制金黄色葡萄球菌能力相当。Collect the stool specimens from longevity village population of Bama for separating strain and analyzing the amount of them and capacity of tolerance and inhibition by plate colony-counting, turbidimetry,plate diffusion. The results showed that: the amount of colony between different isolation medium had difference, and the amount of bacillus(108cfu/g-109cfu/g) was more than coccus(107cfu/g-108cfu/g); the amount of colony from female(8.98±0.42)(lg cfu/g) was more than male(8.87±0.46)(lg cfu/g), youth group had was the most among age groups; the capacity of tolerating gastric juice of middle age group(0.408 5±0.082 7)(lg cfu/g) and old age group(0.372 6±0.083 2)(lg cfu/g) were similar, and theirs were significantly higher than youth(0.339 5±0.072 5)(lg cfu/g) and longevity group(0.282 6±0.038 5)(lg cfu/g); capacity of tolerating bile and intestinal juice between age groups had no significant difference; the youth group had the strongest inhibitory effect on E.coil and Staphylococcus aureus among age groups, and the strains had stronger inhibitory effect on E.coil than Staphylococcus aureus; the strain from male had lower inhibitory effect on E.coil than female, but had no significant difference on Staphylococcus aureus.
