摘　　要：实践教学是高职园艺专业人才培养中非常重要的环节。为加强高职园艺专业实践教学,通过对在校生和已毕业学生进行问卷调查,以及对用人单位进行访谈,明确了实践教学对于园艺专业学生的就业和对就业后新岗位适应期的影响,以及各种实践教学形式的顺利开展,对于在校生掌握专业知识、明确相关企事业合作单位对园艺专业人才的要求具有重要作用。Practical teaching is the key link in training higher vocational gardening talents. To strengthen the practical teaching of higher vocational gardening, through the questionnaire among college students and graduates, and the interview with employment units, it defines the influence of practical teaching on employment and adaptation period of new post, and the conduct of all kinds of practical teaching makes it important for college students to grasp professional knowledge, and be clear about the demand of relevant enterprises for gardening talents.
