摘　　要：教师资格考试是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》确立的改革项目之一。凡申请认定教师资格人员,必须通过教师资格考试。中小学教师资格考试是教师资格认定的新要求,考试标准、考试科目统一,实行综合化"笔试+面试"考试方法。National Teacher Certification Examination is one of the reform program identified in The National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline（2010—2020）. Passing National Teacher Certification Examination is the requirement for the person who applies for teacher qualification. National Teacher Certification Examination is the new standard of teacher qualification. It has unified exam standards and subjects.Paper-pencil test and interview test are used.
