摘　　要：创业教育不是少数精英的创业技能培训,而是面向全体学生的创业素质教育。校企合作共建高职校园创新创业文化,引导高职学生认同创新创业价值,支撑高职学生的创意与动力,打造高职师生共同的价值追求和行为方式。专业教育与创新创业教育相结合,构建行业特色创新创业课程体系,牢固创业基础,校企协同指导高职学生进行仿真性和完全市场化的创业实践,提高学生的创业就业能力。Entrepreneurship education is not the skill training for a small number of elites,but the entrepreneurship quality education for all the students.School and enterprise construct innovation and entrepreneurship culture on higher vocational campus together,guide higher vocational students to identify with its value,sustain their creativity and motivation,and make the common value pursuit and behavior forms for higher vocational teachers and students.The author combined professional education and creative education to construct innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system with industry characteristics,and reinforced entrepreneurship foundation.School and enterprise conduct higher vocational students to carry out entrepreneurship practice of simulation and fully marketization,to improve students＇ entrepreneurship and employment ability.
