摘　　要：中西医结合专业儿科临床带教中重视中西医结合的特点,采取如下措施:夯实基础理论,提高临床思维;实践技能培训,提高动手能力;重视病历书写,提高诊治能力;加强医患沟通,取得患者信任;出科考核制度,保证实习质量;为培养优秀的中西医结合儿科人才打下基础。In order to cultivate more qualified medical professionals for pediatrics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, in-structors who supervised interns in this major attached importance to professional internship characterized by integration of Chinese and Western medicine taking the following measures： to establish solid foundation of medical theory for medical interns, to broaden their clinical horizons, to improve their practice skills, and to strengthen their regard to the significance of medical record writing and the capacity of communicating with patients successfully, all implemented within a check-up system.
