摘  要:化脓性脊柱炎是医学生在脊柱专科临床学习中的难点内容,需要掌握的知识繁多、复杂。传统的讲授教学法存在教师为主体、强调知识灌输、学生的主动性和积极性低等不足,导致学生自主学习意识差、综合利用知识能力不足等问题。为了克服传统教学的缺点,将案例教学法(CBL)联合以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)应用于化脓性脊柱炎的临床实习带教中,可使实习生在脊柱骨科临床实习中深刻地掌握化脓性脊柱炎的各种关键知识。Pyogenic spondylitis is a difficult part for the medical students in the clinical study of the spine, and it is difficult to grasp the knowledge and complex. The traditional teaching method has the problems that the teacher always to be a leader, the emphasis on knowledge, so that students' initiative and enthusiasm become low. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching, the case-based learning( CBL) combined with the problem-based learning( PBL) was applied in the clinical practice of Pyogenic spondylitis, which can make the interns in the department of orthopedics clinical practice in deep grasp of the critical knowledge of Pyogenic spondylitis.
